Shipping, Returns & Refund policy

Shipping:
All products are shipped out on next working day. Shipping charges as follows:

1. Orders below Rs. 999- Rs. 50 standard shipping
2. Orders above Rs. 1000- Free standard shipping
3. All orders- Rs. 120 for fast shipping

Returns & Refunds:

• If you are not satisfied with the product quality, we offer no questions asked refund within 7 calendar days of order delivery.
• For the same, kindly mail us at cs@vaidikonline.com within 7 calendar days from date of delivery of order.
• Refund will only be issued after customer has returned products to us in original form, without usage, with original receipts and packaging. Return shipment and shipping costs for the return of product to be borne by customer.
• Refund will be processed to the same mode of payment from which payment was made. No cash will be issued.
• Refunds can take upto 15 working days time.
